you can use Half-Life 2's Faceposer program but it will take alot of looooooooooooong time

if you wanna find voicelines for those go search up the Vortigaunt/Quotes/Half-Life 2
in the combineoverwiki.net they will give you a list of vortigaunt voicelines from each levels

Most voicelines I could find of vorts in hl2, mostly in the bugbait tutorial and eli's lab. There are more I will add in the future
