Min ducking spread 0.75 -> 0.4
Max movement spread 3 -> 4
Damage 26 -> 30
Range modifier 0.84 -> 0.9
Cycle time 0.075 -> 0.09
Clip size 50 -> 30

Yes, I know, that UMP45 has 25 round mag, but the request was for 30 for balance
