Red's HD Citadel V 2 (Tweaked)

I DID NOT MAKE THIS. I DO NOT KNOW HOW TO EDIT MODELS. But CzechDeath does. ^^; Originally from H.I.T., it's "Reds Detailed Citadel skin V 2.0." However, it's heavily edited by CzechDeath to look more Combine-like. Instead of the first dark brown one looking out of place, it now has the LD blue colours with all the goody textures. This is by Red Slug who I couldn't get into contact with on H.I.T. and nicely edited by. CzechDeath. I'm only porting it to the Workshop Version.
