Description
Rebels have made a base at the top of a mountain near a town called Coonersville. The Combine decided to send Headcrab canisters into the town instead of trying a normal assault and possibly wasting Combine lives and resources. After a suitable period of time to allow the Headcrabs to do their work, a sweeper team is sent in to secure the town and capture the base.

The Combine turned the rebel base into the Quiver Mountain Research Facility and Military Installation. Recently, the Citadel has lost contact with the Quiver Base and the Administrator feels that there were perhaps a few rebels who escaped the Headcrabs and Sweeper team. These rebels may have re-taken the base. In an attempt to save valuable resources more Headcrab cannisters are aimed at the town. However some actually missed their target and they have lost all track of them.

The Administrator is hesitant to send in any forces, because the Combine troops are needed elsewhere to counter a new threat. However, the Combine Advisors feel that they need to strike back quickly and regain control of the base. You are part of the team being deployed to infiltrate and take back the base. Good luck.

NOTE! Combine may not following you for some odd reason. Hopefully you can progress without needing them to open a door or something..

Sometimes the Commands seem to disable themself , in that case you can try "ent_fire followme UpdateActors"
Or try deactivating and activating the followme entity: "ent_fire followme Deactivate" *hit enter* "ent_fire followme activate" *hit enter* (ofcourse without the apostrophs" ")
If all that doesnt work, try to spawn the Entity again:
ent_create ai_goal_follow targetname followme goal !player formation 0 actor combine_s SearchType 0 StartActive true
and afterwards deactivating and activating it again.

Its a Bandaif Fix. But hey, its something. :)

Also, this was one of my first Mods for Half-Life 2 and my first Combine Mod, i really like this Mod, would be awesome if it could be fixed. :)

For everyone experiencing Combines not following them.
Open your Console, look at the Combine you want to follow you:

Type in Console:

ent_setname combine_s

*hit enter*

ent_create ai_goal_follow targetname followme goal !player formation 0 actor combine_s SearchType 0 StartActive true

*hit enter*

ent_fire followme Deactivate

*hit enter*

ent_fire followme activate

*hit enter*


once you typed the create_ai_goal_follow Lines, you just need to look at Combines and type "ent_setname combine_s" to add them to your "Squad".

THis is uh...mid. The 'Commander' doesn't feel like the Combine Overwatch and just feels like generic army man speech. The idea itself isn't too bad and I decided to play it with the bad Cop skin mod buh uh...theres also the fact that it disables the Ai every time I reload. The leve design feels really...simple. As in theres really a lack of details in the rooms and it really feels like someone's first Half Life map. Not to mention some of the nonsensical enemy placement and just...the idea is good but it needs a LOT of improvement. From what i'm understanding this is an older mod so I can understand why its the way it is...but someone should overhaul and remake it...could be cool.

Its alright, i just didnt like how the AI got disabled anytime i died, loaded a save after getting stuck or loaded a previous map. The autosaves were a bit too far apart imo, it seemed they only happened when loading a new map. Also the fast zombies around corners got old really fast
