Enhanced Vanilla HL2 Asset Retextures

This mod was a project of mine that was only for personal use, but it's good enough to also share to the workshop. I've always loved higher quality textures but I noticed there was a lack of mods that did so while'st retaining the classic look Half Life 2 has always had, so here they are.

Notice: mat_specular was disabled during the making of this, so props might not look correct or may look too shiny with it on.

Whether you're a builder, art creator, roleplayer, or just someone who enjoys wasting a gigabyte a more realistic, enhanced, and eye-pleasing approach to props and alike, this mod is perfect for you, designed to look nicer and more believable, but also keep the classic charm of the props to ensure they fit in any map or scenario they're in.

All of these textures were AI upscaled, I am by no chance a texture artist so feel free to poke fun at me. (Edit: There is some slight bloat in this updated version, so beware of extra file size!)

Some props may not like the exact same or as good, it all comes down to preference!

Not all props or miscellaneous assets are redone and more may or may not be added in the future
