Consolidation of countries occurs in americas and in india.

List of all affected countries:
-Brazil (eats uruguay)
-Argentina (eats paraguay and chile)
-Peru (eats bolivia)
-Columbia (eats venezuela and panama)
-Honduras (eats nicaragua, costa rica, el salvador and guatemala)
-Cuba (eats haiti and dominican republic)

-Iraq, Iran, Afganistan, Saudi Arabia, Iceland, Ireland and Albania will preserve thier natural borders, but will get same debuffs as countries in americas

-UK (will eat yemen, oman and liberia, but will not get any debuffs.)
-India(will eat nepal and bhutan and same as britain, no debuffs)
