The underground level is a little bit too labyrinthic and aimless, not really the typical 'lead by the hand' gameplay of HL2. What we're supposed to do with the batteries is also very cryptic.
The constant loud droning at the start plus the impossibility of lowering music volume made playing for several minutes terrible, but thankfully it went away after level transition. The next 'machinery' noise was less irritating. If you ever tweak this I recommend severely toning down these noises, just remove them after a couple minutes. Otherwise incredible stuff for only 37mb.
The end sequence kinda sucked. I think I was supposed to feel like a power house at the end, but didn't because of how vulnerable you actually are in the mech, not to mention the lack of healing items once you enter it.
