These absolutely horrific little creatures scare the hell out of me in Grey so I thought I'd make myself suffer more and bring it over to Half Life 2.

With this mod installed, the fast headcrabs are replaced with the baby dolls and they are much faster and more aggressive. The sound is also replaced.
