3000hz Tinnitus remover [READ DESCRIPTION]

For those who do not know, the Half-Life 2 tinnitus sound is generated in engine, there is no sound file related to this, it is defined in the dsp_presets.txt which not allot of people know but it can be edited. So what I did was replace the presets of the tinnitus effect with a very muffled sound, which in my opinion is better then having nothing!
So here you go, enjoy peace from that annoying 3000hz sine wave!

Because of how the workshop loads files, this addon only works if is loaded the old fashioned way which means going to the following folders and getting the following files:

Go to your workshop files on your steam directory:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\220\3366471525

and copy the workshop_000.vpk and workshop_dir.vpk and place these into the custom folder of either HL2 EP1 OR EP2, so enjoy!
