Adds Sweden to the 2035 setting.

Found in the editor as "Sweden", BLUFOR.

I only made the faction, the uniforms are from the Ample Camo Pack, all credits go to Seb and OokamiJamie.

Does not conflict with the Ample Camo Pack.
