Alternate Textures and Extras Lite Version

Description
This mod simply restores and fixes many issues players have when playing FOUC coming from FO2 where the gameplay doesn't feel as fun and crazy like it did in FO2.

Note:
This lite version only effects the weather, textures and AI. It does not change the car physics and tire behavior.

I use a bat file tool to edit the database (db) files for both UC and FO2:

What did you use to edit the database file if you dont mind me asking?
