Description
I guess it's a cold day. Funny that.

Its 30% smaller, it's more space efficient, at the cost of extremely rubbish handling. If the original one had poor handling, this is 30% worse. (haha see what I did there?)

Stats
Top Speed - No more than 15kmh (I geared it low to make it easy to control, that didn't help much...)
Fuel Capacity - Your patience to drive this is shorter than it's fuel capacity.
