[SEF/ARC9] Experimental Bullets

This addon adds 3 experimental ammo types for ARC9 weapon base.
They are universal for Gunsmith, MW and BO weapon packs.

Ammo:

Bleed-inducing - Causes bleeding on target dealing 10% per second of damage dealt with bullet.
Speeding - Grants brief speed boost to user when hitting target.
Exposing - Causes target to receive doubled damage for 2 sec.
