Settlers - Gourmet Cook

Cooking as a job preference is tied only to only a few backgrounds and backstories making it extremely difficult to gain a settler that likes to cook during random events (around 5% chance). This modifies the gourmet perk to add a preference for culinary jobs giving you a significantly higher chance of gaining a new cook. All other parts of the gourmet perk are the same.
