Production - Lower Tier Books Unlocked

Description
Allows you to craft lower tier books on the higher tier research tables. Chronicles are available on all tables and Textbooks are available on the research and advanced research tables.

This mod is compatible with update #15, Version 0.24

To add to this - all mods that will be broken by the upcoming update are already marked. Anything not marked as broke will not need an update for version 0.24

@Ramtex - did you make sure to enable it in the mod window? I currently have the game open and active with the mod running and have no issues on my end. If you do please reach out to me on discord so I can further troubleshoot with you.

Um, ya.... who freaking ever thought that NOT being able to do this was a good idea???

If this works like it states, and the way I believe it to.. then this mod should be AWESOME!!
