(by what Mugtoast said: Nah ah, that is not how it works. I made the addon per his suggestion, I didn't make it directly for him nor was it a commission. I'm not going to also write tons paragraphs just to explain it to you so here's a brief explanation.

He wanted me to make another per his suggestion. I said no, he got mad and started re-uploading my addons. I told him to stop, but he then proceeded to go on rants about how everyone hates him and mistreats him (over a simple "no"). I blocked him, and he started spamming me everywhere—messaging my friends, commenting on my other addons, even on my screenshots and artworks.

I got fed up and sent Steam support a long document explaining everything. They gave him a slap on the wrist and told him, "Do not do that again," etc. He stopped for a bit, but after a while, he started his shenanigans again. It became an endless cycle to the point where, to me, he was nothing more than a nuisance and a problematic person.
