Introduction
Book of Demons has 66 bronze trophies, 66 silver trophies and 70 golden trophies. 4 of the golden trophies are unique achievements, the rest of the achievements are higher tiers of the bronze/silver trophies.

Achievements marked with *Burner* in title are usually gotten naturally as you play and/or grind other achievements so you generally shouldn't need to worry about doing them as you'd get them just by working towards completing the rest of the achievements.
Kill Based Achievements
Bone Collector *Burner*

Kill skeleton enemies in the dungeon. You'll get it long before you finish some of the more tedious achievements.

Exorcist *Burner*

Kill demon enemies in the dungeon. You'll get it long before you finish some of the more tedious achievements.

Exterminator *Burner*

Kill spider enemies in the dungeon. You'll get it long before you finish some of the more tedious achievements.

Ghostbuster *Burner*

Kill ghost enemies in the dungeon. You'll get it long before you finish some of the more tedious achievements.

Survivor *Burner*

Kill zombie enemies in the dungeon. You'll get it long before you finish some of the more tedious achievements.

Goatherd *Burner*

Kill goatmen enemies in the dungeon. You'll get it long before you finish some of the more tedious achievements.

Mason *Burner*

Kill gargoyle enemies in the dungeon. You'll get it long before you finish some of the more tedious achievements.

Heartbreaker *Burner*

Kill enemies in the dungeon. You'll get it long before you finish some of the more tedious achievements.

Not the Boss of Me *Burner*

Mini-bosses are found frequently on regular dungeon levels. Each boss has a number of phases you have complete. Phases can range from just needing to burn down their health, to requiring you to kill linked spawned enemies to most annoyingly having to stay within close range of them for a certain amount of time while they spawn enemies to fight you. Each boss will drop a major reward (unidentified card, rune card, ingredient, big gold drop) and additional gold drops for each phase you fought.

The Fastest & The Furiest

Kill a huge number of enemies in short order. I got this in Hell randomly, guess I killed a whole lot of imps or something lol. You can try finding a mini-boss that spawns enemies in a small room and hide behind the door while it spawns weak enemies for you to kill. Otherwise the Anti-Pope spawns mass numbers of weak enemies you can grind through very quickly.

Cleansing Fire *Burner*

Use fire based spells/skills to create pools of fire and let that kill stuff.

Ice Ice Baby *Burner*

Use ice based spells/skills to freeze enemies then kill them.

King Cobra *Burner*

Use poison based spells/skills or hit enemies with slain enemies' exploding poison effects.

Stomp Stronger *Burner*

Hit spores before they can activate. Plenty of enemies summon these so you'll quickly get this done.
Dungeon Achievements
Odyssey

Don't recall too much how these are unlocked. Just play normally and do bigger runs when they are available.

Highway to Hell *Burner*

Take steps in the dungeon. You'll get it long before you finish some of the more tedious achievements.

Inter-raptor *Burner*

Interrupt enemies' spell or skills. This is something you'd generally want to do whenever possible as enemies are immune while they are casting spells and can have very annoying impacts such as spawning minions for you to fight, teleport enemies on top of you, dropping rocks on top of your head to stun you, charging you to stun you, etc.

In order to interrupt spells and and skills you need to get close enough to the caster and click on the spell and hold down until the spell is cancelled. Mages' Mass Dispel can do this for you at long range without user input and is the best anti-spell effect in the game. Rogue's Intuition lets their arrows dispel spells for them. Warrior has no similar good anti-spell option but does have much better anti-shield than Mage. The neutral Magic Ring artifact card can be used by all heroes to dispel multiple spells at once.

Bash! *Burner*

Destroy enemy shields. To destroy shields click on the shield icon until it breaks. Until the shield breaks the enemy will be immune to regular damage taken, however, they still take poison damage through the shields unless they are immune to poison (green hearts).

Warriors have the best anti-shield skills. Rogue's Intuition lets their arrows break shields for them. Mages have a mediocre anti-shield spell in Meteor which has terrible range and can be a bit unreliable at times.

Organ Harvester

Pick up hearts from the ground. These can drop from barrels in Cook's boss fight for example or by equipping a card that drops it like Bloody Armour.

Arcane Sweep

Pick up mana globes from the ground. These can drop from barrels in Cook's boss fight for example or by equipping a card like Mage's Mana Sphere or equipping the neutral Magic Ring.

Badger

Very easy to do, just be thorough, don't die and don't go deeper until you've finished genociding the floor and strip looting every thing. Completing the gold trophy should unlock the bronze and silver trophies as well.

Hardcore Nudist

Slightly challenging. Do a medium run to make things easier. You're not actually going without any cards equipped through; you'll have whatever card(s) were randomly imposed. If you don't care about the First Death leaderboard you can reset dungeons until you get a decent random set. Completing the gold trophy should unlock the bronze and silver trophies as well.

Cursed *Burner*

Destroy random barrels in the dungeons. You'll be wanting to destroy these anyways as you need to destroy them to get the badge for looting everything.

I'll Never Wash It Off *Burner*

Loot 1g pieces of crap that drop from containers and enemies.

Stayin' Alive *Burner*

Just don't die. This should be your normal, you don't want to die especially later in Freeplay where nasty punishments are applied. If you're having issues, just set game to Casual and play on Standard Freeplay mode. But if you trouble getting this you may have trouble getting some of the toughest achievements.

Obsessive-Compulsive *Burner*

Clear a lot of levels. You'll get this naturally as you play through the game.

Blind as a Bat *Burner*

When you attack enemies you can sometimes miss. You'll get it long before you finish some of the more tedious achievements.

Terminator

Probably among the hardest achievements in the game. Massacre can be a very tedious slog when played normally. Doing it without any healing whatsoever is difficult. You want to blitz through the levels as fast as possible and avoid taking damage as much as possible. Check the imposed cards and reroll dungeon if you have a card imposed that heals. Make sure to not use healing fountains, cure poison, use the healer in town, pickup healing globes on ground and have no cards on your skillbar that can heal you.

Rogue or Mage are good picks for the achievement. Rogue would want to take Divine Potion to give yourself damage immunity, Flaming Leap to move quickly, Fear and/or Grill to keep enemies away, Decoy as distraction and other defensive cards. Mage would want to use a similar style, Divine Potion, Teleport, Energy Shield, defensive cards, etc. Avoid enemies as best as you can and blitz to exits ASAP, can require a bit of luck. Massacre has pretty brutal punishments for dying so if you think things are going south you might want to abandon the attempt and try again, You can also set the game mode to 'Casual' to make things easier if you're okay with leaving First Death leaderboards.

Completing the gold trophy should unlock the bronze and silver trophies as well.

Always Ahead

Go from the floor's entrance to the floor's exit without ever stepping backwards. Only requires five floors to clear so you'll likely get this done just playing normally. If you haven't gotten it after completing other achievements, just start a new character(s) and rush them through the small early floors.

The Fun Goes On *Burner*

Do small runs until you are finished.

Hell Yeah!

Finish the campaign without dying. Not particularly difficult but if you fail with one hero you should have at least two other heroes to attempt with it and possibly no fountain roguelike run as well.

Don't Die Hard With a Vengeance

Finish a Freeplay run without dying. Shouldn't be difficult to do.
Class-based Achievements
Armoury

Requires you to find every card for the Warrior and upgrade at least one variant for each card to the maximum level.

Library

Requires you to find every card for the Mage and upgrade at least one variant for each card to the maximum level.

Stash

Requires you to find every card for the Rogue and upgrade at least one variant for each card to the maximum level.

Armoury/Library/Stash general tips:
This is will likely be one of the final achievements you need to complete. It takes a lot of time to farm the runes and gold required to upgrade the cards. Any variant can be used and lower rarity cards are cheaper to upgrade so you try upgrading the common variant of cards you don't actively use. To speed up rune farming, you can run Standard instead of higher difficulties if you're okay with getting knocked off the 'First Death' leaderboard in normal mode. This lowers the difficulty a lot and lets you blitz to rewards faster. Also, the Fortune Teller in town can disenchant unwanted magical variants for a sun or moon rune. Late game, I'd suggest getting of magical variants except for left/right winged variants as those are useful for protecting cards from being blocked by bosses in Freeplay.

Ammo *Burner*

Use Arrow utility card charges to equip special arrows and fire at enemies from range. Arrows can only be used against enemies that are not within your melee range. You'll likely use a lot of Fire and Ice arrows for countering Ice/Fire hearts and doing extra damage so I'd expect you to get this done as you play.

Kaboom! *Burner*

Use Bomb utility card charges to fire bombs around you. Honestly, I found bombs a bit meh and much too random for my liking so I only really used them when they were imposed on me. I burned through charges to finish the achievement at the end to grab the gold trophy. Otherwise, you should generally just get this done while playing normally if you use bombs.

Golem *Burner*

The Golem spell makes for a nice (but slow af) tank. Can be a little annoying to get the golem to get after enemies sometimes (even with the teleport) but when it works it makes a terrific meat shield that distracts mass enemies attacks while you spam nukes from behind him. So I'd recommend having him on your skillbar which will let you get the achievement fairly easily as you play as you need to resummon him every time you enter a floor.

Terrifying

Scare 75 enemies during one use of the Fear spell card. Fear causes enemies within your melee range to get scared and flee from you. At level 3, the effect lasts 20 seconds if the scared monster bumps into another the other monster also gets scared. If you want to do this achievement you should have the card at max level.

Your main concern is finding an area with 75 enemies you can scare without accidentally killing them. One option is to find a mini-boss and have him in a state where he summons enemies while you are within range. This is most likely to be done in a level where the boss is behind a door in a small room so you can wait on the other side while the boss is flooding the room with weak enemies for you to fear. Then pop a divine potion and enter the room and activate Fear.

The easier way (which I did) is to get the achievement during the Anti-Pope fight. You can do it easily in the Massacre version of fight, just need 5 golden keys to fight him. The Anti-Pope spawns a ton of really weak enemies so you just need to drag the fight out a while so he can fill the room with huge waves of weak skeletons. For the fight you want on your skillbar at a min, tier 1 Flaming Leap (for repositioning and you want tier 1 so it's less likely to kill stuff), Fear (to actually get the achievement obviously) and Fan (this makes enemies flee from you faster letting them chain fear affects faster). Then fill the rest of your skillbar with Defensive card (Shield, Rejuvenation Potion, Divine Potion, Slippers, Amulet of Mana, Heal, Amulet of Life, etc.)

Push It To the Limit

Nothing really special to get this done I think. Just find a long corridor with a lot of enemies and use Charge.

Silence

Dispel Magic is the best anti-spell card in the game so you'd probably want to have this active on your mage constantly. So you'd likely get this done just playing. If you somehow haven't through, you can try activating a Divine Potion and Teleporting around Hell a bit. Hell has tons of enemies that cast spells.

Deck Strategy *Burner*

Equip cards into your skillbar. Once you finish the campaign and get into Freeplay, difficulty card restrictions will force you to rebuild your skillbar for each new run.

Texas Massacre *Burner*

Take each character to Freeplay and continue Freeplay runs on the highest unlocked difficulty until you have unlocked Massacre.

Fantastic Three *Burner*

Grind with each character until they reach maximum level.

Ready for Anything

Unlock all your card slot and upgrade ten cards of any variant to level 3 then add them to your skillbar.

Ready for Wizardry

Unlock all your card slots and upgrade ten magical variants to level 3 then add them to your skillbar.

Ready for Legends

Unlock all your card slots and upgrade ten legendary variants to level 3 then add them to your skillbar. Legendaries can drop rarely in regular dungeon and seem to always drop from boss fights so remember to do Master Boss Quests to get additional Legendaries. Legendaries are quite expensive (gold and rune wise) to upgrade so preferably upgrade ones you'd actually want to use normally.
Boss Achievements
Cook

Kill the first boss, the Butcher Cook with each hero.

Anti-Pope

Kill the second boss, Archbishop Lazarus the Anti-Pope with each hero.

Archdemon

Kill the second boss, Diablo the Archdemon with each hero.

Quest Genius

Master all quests. To master a quest, go to the boss marker on the dungeon map and use Golden Key(s) to fight the boss. The Nightmare and Hell version of each boss can be fought once, the Massacre version can be repeated as many times as you want. The fights seemed to be the same as the original fight, enemies just got level upgrades from what I can tell. Golden Keys drop in the dungeon or can be bought from the Barmaid for gold. I found more than enough Golden Keys in the dungeon so I wouldn't recommend wasting gold buying any unless you want to farm Massacre boss fights for Legendary variants.

Starving War

Clear the campaign without using the Magic Cauldron in town from the Barmaid. You lose out on extra health/mana in normal and extra rewards but nothing too punishing.
Town Achievements
Hypochondriac *Burner*

Use the Healer's red potion to restore your health when you are in town with less than your maximum health.

Delicious Stew *Burner*

Talk to the Barmaid and use the Magical Cauldron. Each use of the Magical Cauldron by the character will increase the future cost of using the Magical Cauldron. Dying will remove rewards stored in the Cauldron but keep health/mana buffs in normal mode.

Loyal Customer *Burner*

Talk to the Fortune Teller in town and select Charge Card then choose the utility cards you want to charge. Charges for utility cards drop naturally in the dungeon so it's possible you'll find yourself not needing to use the Fortune Teller much. If you find yourself finished the rest of the achievements, play a character in normal mode and find an utility card that you have multiple variants of. When you swap variants your charges are reset to zero but on normal you are refunded the charges you lose. So you can just swap between variants and use refund to recharge card until you are finished.

No More Secrets *Burner*

Talk to the Sage in town and identify cards that are dropped. You only need to 50 identify cards which isn't too much so you'll be finished the achievement pretty quickly.

Riches Have Wings *Burner*

Spend gold in town on additional skillbar slots, card upgrades, healing in roguelike, charges, golden keys, magical cauldron, etc.

Golden Vessel *Burner*

Collect ingredients from the dungeon until you have enough Ingredients to have 3 golden awards in town then talk to the Barmaid and use the Magical Cauldron. Dying will wipe the contents of the Magical Cauldron so just play normally and avoid dying to finish this achievement.

Downgrade

Talk to the Fortune Teller in town and select Upgrade -> Downgrade then select the card you want to downgrade. You will get a rune card back. No reason to use this really except for doing the achievement so you can just wait till the end and then get the achievement done then.

You Have Your Way With Words!

Go to town and talk to NPCs there with each character you play.

Bull's Eye *Burner*

Talk to the Sage in town to unlock additional card slots.
Roguelike Achievements
The following achievements are exclusive to Roguelike mode.

Roguelike

Clear the campaign without ever using a fountain (health, mana or rejuvenation) in the dungeon. The biggest challenge during the run is not clicking on a fountain by accident during the run. I believe you can disable fountain use in the config files through. Go to Book of Demons local files and update custom_settings.txt, change fountainsEnabled = "1" to fountainsEnabled = "0".

Otherwise you just need to play very carefully when you're close to fountains and make a serious mental note to not click on them. As roguelike mode is random when it comes to card drops there will be a lot of RNG involved in how you build your character. I did my run with a Rogue and got a Heal and Decoy spell fairly early on and rolled through the campaign without many issues. Without good defensive cards and healing support you may need to spend more gold to buy healing from the Healer in town (this works towards another roguelike achievement so it's not too bad)

I'm Invincible

In Roguelike mode each time you die you have to pay a gold fee. If you don't have the gold your character is over. Each death increases the gold fee doubling each death.

I finished this achievement in one attempt with a Warrior. It takes careful playing and a lot of penny pinching. Instead of identifying cards, unlocking skill slots and upgrading cards you're spending your gold on resurrecting yourself. I finished the achievement off before reaching the Archdemon with only five card slots unlocked and only using common variant cards.

When you have enough gold to resurrect, get yourself killed and pay the gold to resurrect. Then start farming up the gold for the next resurrection and so forth. Death Rage will refresh on next level up so if you time your death to close to that you can get it back for emergencies quickly. When you have a bit of spare gold, you can use it to unlock an additional card slot or two. Tier 2 upgrades are much cheaper than tier 3 so upgrade a couple of important cards to tier 2 and only upgrade cards you consider absolutely vital to 3.

Holy Light *Burner*

Go to the Healer and pay for him to restore your health and/or mana pools. Will take a while, try to do it more on your no fountain run instead of your resurrection run as you need to save as much gold as possible on your resurrection run.
Miscellaneous Achievements
Golden Division

Awarded for completing all the other trophies

Game of Crows

Click the crows in town in the right order and unlock a Game of Thrones easter egg. You can repeat the easter egg as many times as you want btw.

Captain Planet

Equip the five artifact ring (Magic, Phantom, Demonic, Corrupted, Chaotic) cards.

The Alchemist

Equip the five utility potion (Health, Mana, Rejuvenation, Remedy, Divine) cards.

Eeny, Meeny, Miny, Moe

On paper this achievement is simple: attack two barrels, then a zombie, then three barrels, then a zombie again then pick up a piece of crap (1G coin). In practice this is a massive pain in the ass to do and a bit buggy.

My recommendation is to start a new game and run through the first few floors and try to set up this type of situation. Then once you have confirmed you have conditions present, quit and backup the save. Then run through the level, try to do every. Make sure not click on anything out of order, be careful when attacking barrels in case they drop gold so you don't pick it up by mistake. Finally once you've done all steps but picking up the piece of crap, try to click on it from out of normal pickup range so your character doesn't autoloot it, make sure you to click on it manually.

This may take many attempts to trigger properly. If need to redo, exit to desktop, restore backed up save, then restart and try again. Repeat until it finally works. Similar to disabling fountains, you can also disable autoattack in custom_settings.txt to prevent your character from killing the zombie you wanted to attack yourself.
