Everyone who already has played this game AND do want achieve those two bad boys exactly know what a real deal is. So, question number one. How the duck can I find something that crazy like 75 monsters in one place, ready to fear them out of their pants? Not to mention enormous 200 mobs so called "dead" but not found.

Seeing that many discussions about it, I've spent some time doing my research and I guess I found the most simple and safe solution.

[EDIT] Hey, from now on, I mean 21.12.18 update, "Terrifying" achievement is much easier than before due to its feared monster decrease [100 -> 75]. Good luck, guys, it should help a lot! ;)
Option one [Everything comes to those who wait]
So here we are. When there's no monsters to fear (or kill), everything we need is... make some. No matter, how stupid it sounds. It's the safest way to obtain those.

From the very beginning. What we need:
a) a nice guy who can infinitely call his fellas
b) place to hide while afk doing our daily stuff

That's it!
Point number B says: do not pick catacombs.
Seriously, it's highly not recommended - large, open dungeon is not what we are looking for. I guess, labyrinth is the best shot according to the fact that rooms over there are mostly separated. To be honest, hell works fine as well but...
Point number A says: a leaping guy IS NOT nice.
That means, "hell" is supposed to be more difficult - sooo... finding a back-up machine there is at least unlikely.
I recommend labirynth due to those two.

I guess that's the best rooms you can get.

You can ask, what exactly are we looking for? Boss is the most efficient hard-worker I've ever seen. Can spawn about 30 of them per minute.
My favorites are wild pig and jumping corpse
(sorry, couldn't find an english bestiary and was too lazy to switch in-game language BUT I believe everyone know those two beauties)

The only thing to do is to lure it nearby doors BETWEEN rooms. Leave the boss on the other side and if got unlucky and this one is jumping. Well, stay close to the door and pray for the best. Could work if close enough.

Now you can go afk. And... here we are.
[IMPORTANT] Bosses spawn enemies while being focused on player. That means, you have to get this funny big bar on the top of your screen. If not, simply enter and leave the room occupied by boss. Btw. DO NOT forget being afk causes pause of the game. Keep in your mind to toggle off menu. Something around 3mins should be alright.

Some divine potions could be handy going in there. While fearing them out I recommend jumping forward with common card (lowest damage dealt - we do not want kill them). That's it!

Option two [Go all out]
For impatient, you can try finding some good spots around the labirynth or hell. Catacombs are not that good in my opinion. Turn on the highest difficulty level and try your luck. Remember, big rooms are often a good way to do it. I recommend aming for golden-heart enemies and a lot, a lot of zombies - they're usually drop out 4 of them while being killed.

I'm not sure about it but so far it works well.

Other way, you can try it while doing chef's or archdemon's challenge.

1. Chef
Step uno. Find a big room.
Step dos. Pop-up the fear.
Step tres. Just destroy those vases - kill them or fear.
And the most important. Let's hope there are 200 [75] of them

2. Archdemon
That. Guy. On. The. Right. Side.
Yes, the mage can spawn a lot... I meant A LOT of monsters. But it happens in his first stage, so be careful not to hurt him (so bad).
