Better Tax Evasion

Description
Makes the "Tax Evasion" policy more effective by significantly increasing how much the intitial level and further levels reduce the tax rate. The idea is to allow to lessen the increase rate of the tax while still keeping some mort of balance.

If you don't have that policy, you can buy it from Fiana for 10 gold bars.

The tax amount on the home board is incorrect, the amount in the tooltip when you hover above it is the actual amount you'll pay (see second screenshot).

NOTE : This might not currently work on Linux due to an issue with BepInEx mods. Unfortunately there is not much I can do about it on my side at this time.

Scaling is very frontloaded. Seems like an easy 60% evasion, and then the rate of evasion growth slows down to almost the normal rate. Cool idea otherwise.

@Z03 Yes ! If you want to be absolutely safe, make sure you don't have any tax bill in your inventory when adding the mod (though it should work fine even then, just the existing bills probably won't be touched).

If anyone's using linux, simply put:
WINEDLLOVERRIDES="winhttp=n,b" %command%
in your launch options.
