Adds puddles when a pawn is bleeding and footprints when a pawn stepped in filth.

I'm currently working on fixing HAR and Vanilla Expanded Genes compatibility, and some other fixes. It may work "perfectly" but it can be more compatible and I'm trying to get that sorted before I update to 1.6.
