Play as Camie the merlapine

With all the traits of a fish and a math teacher! Amazing!

Have you ever wanted to play Noita as an original character you know nothing of made by someone you don't even know?
Even if you don't, now you can!

Enjoy playing as Camie (Pronounced as ka-me-eh) the merlapine (Innacurate species name, merlapines are genetically closer to deer than rabbits and they live near rivers, not the sea), a very fragile, relatively fast character with even higher mobility underwater. Even if her health is very low, she slowly heals in contact with water, benefitting greatly from water-generating wands.

Speaking technically, starting the game with gameplay elements on modifies the character stats to have slightly better mobility, much better mobility in water, greatly increased oxygen capacity, greatly lowered max HP (and max HP upgrades), being able to heal in contact with water and (if things are working correctly) removes Breathless from the default obtainable perk pool.

This is my first mod of any game ever so mod compatibility may be affected if another mod uses certain graphic files as I'm not that versed in that area as of yet, might fix something if able.
WARNING: Continuing the same game with different mods or no mods after playing as Camie could affect the player's cape graphics and gameplay elements.

Will be checking comments in case of perk incompatibility or bugs.
