Description

Changes the Milira faction from the Milira Mod to no longer be permanently hostile to non-Milira starting scenarios. That's it.

commenting just in case, i'm not sure whether it's my mod list or this mod specifically, but it prevented me from opening the "choose scenario" screen until i removed it, again, this probably has to do with my modlist and having a lot of scenarios, but i thought it would be best to comment here to notify you, just in case someone has the same issue in the future
