Scrapyard - Dack Can Sell

Quin Missing?
Quin is the default Black Desert City Scrapyard merchant.
For some reason, it appears to be a semi-common bug that Quin disappears, leaving Dack to run the shop - poorly, because he won't speak to you.

Content:
This mod adds a small dialogue package to Dack so he can continue to run the Scrapyard shop in Quin's absence without the need for an import.

Should not have any major conflicts.
