I'd personally look into balancing Bone Crunch (and likely Throat Crunch too and/or the paralyze one) to have a cooldown of 3 or even 4 turns. For a lot of bosses, Bone Crunch is effectively a hard stun that they don't even have any immunities against - and it's incredibly easy to repeat to stun-lock some bosses entirely with its 2 turn duration and 100% chance of success. It's pretty bonkers!
