What's happening to you is strange. It works for me, just like the other drones I have. Just double-click when using the drone, and the light will change color. Blue is for movement and red is for shooting mode. Could it be that you're using LUA? Sorry for my English.

I love the sub and me and my friends are having a blast with it! The one thing I don't get how to do is how to steer the drone I tried double clicking everything in there but it doesn't seem to go into the move mode only into the gun.

Torpedoes are not compatible for those who use LUA, for the same reason I added a version without torpedoes, I checked the torpedoes and they do not give me problems as well as the video.

torpedoes explode even when they are not launched. This did not happen before, but I installed performance fix and decided to check the fps on the submarine and they immediately exploded

yeah I'm having the same issue where the ai gets stuck in the bottom hatch next to the drone. can't get them out either so they just are permanently stuck in that airlock area.

there is an issue with ai at bottom hatch where ai cannot go up the ladder or interact at all

Yeah, performance fix is incompatible with the torpedo variation.
