Monument (Great Project) Descriptions

I noticed that the Alhambra monument has a description by accident, due to overlapping localisation keys with national ideas. This lightweight mod adds evocative descriptions for every current monument (and canal!).

Also includes French, German, and Spanish translations, although I can't vouch for the accuracy of the translations.

I hope this adds a little bit of historical flavor and inspiration to your games!
