Ability: Pilgrimage of Treasure Holy Site grants following rewards if adjacent to a Harbor: Receiving +6 Faith base yields. +1 Trade Route capacity. Bonus international Trade Route +1 yields of all kinds for every specialty districts destination city had. If in neutral territory, trader will convert adjacent enemies. When an international Trade Route is created, learn a civic and a technology from destination civilization (or Culture and Science equal to their costs) Ability: Heist of the Century When naval unit defeat an enemy, receive Gold equal to 100% of its Base Strength, and Culture and Science equal to 30% of its Base Strength. Great Admirals have an extra charge. When recruit a Great Admiral, grant a naval melee unit with a promotion and a Great Pirate. (Can only grant 6 Great Pirates) Great Pirate Great people unique to Fancy. Each has unique abilities, including a passive effect and a Retire effect. When retired, create a melee unit and summon a Hurricane if in an Ocean tile. Ability: Letter of Marque Replace all diplomatic slots with economic slots in your government. Every activated economic policy awards you +2 influence point.[newline]Receive no experience limit for combating barbarians. Grant a Governor Title for every class of units after promoting 2 times. Harbor buildings grant +1 yield of all kinds for every Promotion the city's governor had.
