Makes it so that even the weakest building survives the largest asteroid on Playground difficulty.

that did occur to me about 5 minutes after i uploaded this one. i made a mod that does this too then. it's called "low damage asteroids"

Wouldn't be better to reduce the damage in hazard-asteroid.yaml ? You can lower the damage here.
