Removes tile improvements introduced in the 'Second Unique Infrastructure' mod.

I am very big fan of the mod, however, I use other mods that add extra improvements that end up making the game feel bloated. The mod keeps the unique districts and buildings but erases the tile improvements.

This doesn't add anything on its own and requires the original to function.

I have a question about this mod.
This mod removes the tile improvements, but does it not change the number of assets when loading?
