OOTP Gentian

Description
OOTP Light, but a brighter blue and with better coloured rating bars, by kq76.

If you like the ratings bars in OOTP Light and don't want them to change, don't bother with mine. Other than the ratings bars, the differences are minimal.

I highly recommend going to Settings and selecting "No..." for Semi-Transparent Background however as the background is too dark otherwise. OOTP Light seems to have the background disabled by default, but I couldn't figure out how to do it for OOTP Gentian. I even tried changing the opacity of the background files and even deleting them, but it was still dark without selecting that option.

Gentian is a blue flower that the (RAL 5010) colour is based on. Its root even has medicinal properties.

Hey how did you do to change the ratings bars colors ? I found the files and changed them but it doesn't work, not sure what I do wrong.
