I balanced this map for experienced all-runners players, so it might not be for you if:
  • You prefer slow, classic Romero-style gameplay.
  • You dislike runner spam.
  • You're not familiar with advanced crowd control like kiting and dodging zombies.

Hi, the difficulty won't be lowered. You can find videos of people beating the map on vanilla settings on this very page.

Meanwhile L4D gameplay is a simple "meat grinder" where yes, you may have 1 million running, but easy-to-kill/fragile zombies and call the map "playable", however it's NMRIH and with its own mechanics this map (wow, so unobvious) isn't playable and/or balanced according to this game's mechanics.

Alright. Killed all the zombies on this staircase. Now 1 million more runners are waiting to grab my ass outside, on the street, making this unplayable. Can't just shoot your 99999 bullets in your gun like in L4d here, in NMRIH, and run past the fragile zombies like in L4D where this map originates from.
