Core 9 version of the Ti'Mur

List of changes:
8x Heavy swarm launchers removed, 4x medium missile launchers placed around the ring.
All Medium laser turrets downgraded to light
All but forward and lift drive thrusters downgraded to advanced plasma
Large fusion core replaces with small
Large shield capacitors and chargers replaced with improved
Removed modulated laser turrets
Medium flak turrets downgraded to light
Adv constructor downgraded to large
