Research warp drive, install it with a shield. Warp into their stations/ships with shield and win. That or use the merchant guild disguise to steal the artifact. It only gives +150 research points so don't spend hours blasting them.

It may have been an issue with my ship designs. But telefragging doesn't work. However, since you can ram and shove stations. There is a a convenient sun nearby you can yeet them into. Or just push them far enough away from the planet for the ground crew to land. :steammocking:
