GiC Stack Size - 100k

Description
Makes all GiC items to stack to 100k per inventory slot because the original stack sizes were highly annoying.

Updated to work with GiC 4.0 (hopefully).

Damn, this is annoying. GIC has changed almost every item. I gotta rewrite a bunch of files. This will take a while.

I get wanting to add difficulty to starbound, cause this game is easy as sin, but adding enemies that are resistant except to only 1 specific weapon, and do insane damage unless you are wearing very specific armor isnt difficulty. It's an illusion of difficulty. So fingers crossed that the rework also covers armor. It prevents the statuses that come with being damaged in GIC.
