Description
"A modernized Weather monitoring system fixed onto a collapsible tripod repurposed into studying the effects of eruptions, commonly seen throughout more anomalous parts of the Zone, destruction of these monitors can lead to heavy consequences and fines."

Like mentioned, you can commonly find these in upland areas within the Swamps, Black Willows, Forest and the outskirts of Agroprom. Placed around the Zone by government funded ecologists or wealthy Stalkers wanting to study the Zone for their own reasons.
