Merrick's Periander (Greece)

Exactly ten years after my first Civilization V mod, Periander returns to lead Greece! Thanks for all the support over the years.

Periander ruled Corinth as its Tyrant (different definition back then, look it up) and would often tax the rich to help fund public projects and celebrations. As such, Periander will receive gold from trade routes passing through, and culture for certain districts. Amenities will keep your people happy and productive to fuel this culture gain. Just be sure to settle, it won't work in cities obtained through other means.

Diolkos

• Cities receive +2 Production and +2 Gold from foreign Trade Routes passing through them.
  
• Receive Culture equal to 2x your Gold per turn when completing Acropolis, Holy Site, Commercial Hub, Harbor, Aqueduct, and Canal districts in cities you settled.
  
• +1 Amenities from Districts adjacent to Aqueducts or Canals.
  
• +1 Trade Route at Pottery.

Fifth Sage of Greece

• Likes Civilizations with high production and happiness. Dislikes those with low production and happiness.
