Endless for Modded characters

Description
Adds endless mode to all your modded characters.
Important note for installation: Open Steam Library -> Right click MemeMayhem -> Properties -> Workshop, and put this mod BELOW other installed characters.
Known issues: reloading saved run breaks ongoing endless run
