by "nicer 12h clock", do you mean supporting the 12h format at all, or would you also like to change the font/colour?
i can increase the resolution, but i think it'll only affect the clock's quality. the waves may look a little "crusty" sometimes right now since the shader doesn't apply any antialiasing

good. needs nicer 12h clock. increase vertical resolution to 2560 please.
