In Touch Type Tale you can have your communities join the fun by participating in the gameplay! There are multiple ways in which your community can play: Voting, Free for All, Fastest User & Assigned User.

Voting:

• Everyone in the chat can participate. Typing a command registers a vote for that word/combination of words
  
• After a brief window of time (6 seconds) the command with the highest number of votes is executed and a new vote starts

Free for All:

• Everyone in the chat can participate and all valid commands are executed

Fastest User:

• At the start of this mode, the game is paused and a word is shown. The user in the chat that types this word the fastest get’s control of the game. Only their commands will be counted.

Assigned User:

• At the start of this mode, the game is paused and users can type !pickme to nominate themselves to take control of the game. The streamer can then pick someone among the nominated users to control the game.

Show Typing Stats:

• The Words per Minute and Accuracy of the streamer are shown while the game is running. This can be enabled independently of the chat interactivity.

To control the game, users in the chat have to type words like they were playing the game themselves. The combine multiple words into one chat message by separating them with a space.

To set-up Twitch Integration you do this directly in-game.

• Go into the Twitch Options menu
  
• Enter the channel name here:
  
  
• If the red indicator turns yellow, the game is trying to connect
  
• If it is green, the connection was successful

Set the interaction Frequency - How often should the chat take control of the game?

• Constant: Chat always has control
  
• None: No Chat interaction (Twitch Mode is off)
  
• Every X Seconds: The chat will take control of the game every X seconds. It will remain in control for the duration set under “Chat Control Duration”. Afterwards control is returned to the streamer
