Lore Friendly Franklin Highway Patrol Pack with ELS (Based of Florida Highway Patrol (Ghost Version)) has this in it and this Lore Friendly Franklin Highway Patrol Pack with ELS (Based of Florida Highway Patrol (Slick Top Version))
with LAPD SIRENS all combined and merged with these 2 mods aswell as the LAPD Siren MOD all credits go to the original authors this is not mine I am just merging things together so no one has to go thru it like I had too do lol

Alright.
If the others have copyright marks well....this can be copyrighted by the owners. Due to the screenshot your using is pretty close, Also the LAPD sirens will not be realistic.
