The sewage thing that leads to the vent above the grunt on the second story can end up with you being stuck if you move to the left, and the vent that the vent behind the general leads to clips you inside the ceiling when you exit it.
Aside from that, it's a nice action-focused level.
The level's pace can kinda be broken by someone who knows how to abuse the game's sound system — a lot of the events can be triggered earlier or even out of order (especially with how loud the 9mm SMG is), which often results in enemies killing themselves, though to be fair that is also acknowledged in the post.
You also gotta be careful with placing Technicians in your level! They can spawn mines infinitely, anywhere - a big enough boom can crash the game, and the mines can get stuck under corpses, or be blocking a vent or a stairwell. Fortunately the number of vent routes allows the player to bypass that.
