Edit Wands Post-Collapse

Allows you to still edit wands after a Holy Mountain collapses.

Frankly, I dislike the tedious song and dance necessary to "save" them. However, I also wasn't happy with just having Edit Wands Everywhere for free, as that allows for strategies such as editing wands mid-fight. I consider this a slightly more balance-conscious approach.

Literally all it does is overwrite the script for the the Holy Mountain exit and comment out the lines that kill the wand editing inside them. Should be compatible with anything that doesn't also overwrite those scripts. (I don't know anything that does, though.)

This is my first Noita mod btw, and the implementation being suspiciously simple makes me suspect I missed something. Lemme know if there's problems. (So far I haven't found any.)
