Description
Build 42 Unstable
There may be bugs in the unstable version! Please report them so I can fix them as they come. Some features are incomplete and only partially re-implemented from the B41 version of the mod. The fluid system introduced a lot of changes that required a lot of alterations to the mod.

More Workout Supplements!

This mod adds more workout supplements to Project Zomboid! Unique workout shakes can be created from a full plastic water bottle or a full blender bottle. This mod is under active development! Please leave suggestions or ideas for improvements below.

Item
Description
A shake that can be crafted or found in the world. Made from a plastic bottle it can take liquid items or powdered supplements and be used to create unique shakes.
A blender bottle that can be found in the world. It contains less water than a regular bottle, but can be used to create a larger variety of shakes by grinding down ingredients.
A large container of protein powder. Can be eaten raw or added to a shake to increase your protein content. Eating enough protein can increase strength experience from workouts by up to 50%.
A container of pre-workout powder. Can be eaten raw or added to a shake to restore endurance and greatly reduce fatigue. May cause anxiety in larger doses.
A large container of high calorie Mass-Gainer powder. It can be eaten raw or added to a shake to quickly gain weight.
A small jar of Fat-Burner powder. It can be eaten raw or added to a shake to stimulate your character's metabolism and quickly lose weight.
A protein bar that can be found in the world. It is high in protein, and can increase strength gains from exercise by up to 50% if your protein content is high enough.
An energy drink for the health-conscious. Drinking this will reduce a significant amount of fatigue and restore endurance. Does not cause anxiety.

It depends on how much you use! At a maximum, it can only burn 6,000 calories, so I recommend using it in scoops instead of eating it whole

Great addition! You should add the energy drink to the actual fluid system in b42 as beverage.
