Yes because it was mandatory for V41

When I attempt to enable this mod in game, it's indicating it requires both US Military Pack V4 (ID 612100872) and "BRITA". But the mod requirements here in the workshop don't mention anything about any of Brita's mods.

I modified he dependencies because the kattaj core changed
