Description
Adds new decisions that loosen restrictions on the decision to create a North Sea Empire:

1. can be created even if your culture's parent culture is of North Germanic descent.
2. the 30-year limit on holding a title has been removed.


Mod Compatibility
This mod does not overwrite vanilla files, so it should be compatible with all mods.

This means that two identical decisions are displayed, and the one added by the mod will appear above the existing one.

Supported languages
All languages supported (English, French, German, Korean, Russian, Chinese, Spanish)

The mod now adds a new decision. Please check the latest version.

Thank you so much for making this mod! Been waiting for someone to update the decision since new update. Can do an Aelfwine Knytling playthrough now lol
