Min standing spread 0.1 -> 0.85
Max movement spread 3 -> 5
Penetration power 50 -> 70
Damage 105 -> 68
range modifier 1 -> 0.9
cycle time 0.9 -> 0.1
Clip size 15 -> 6
Ammo type SNIPERRIFLE -> PISTOL_MAGNUM

Ignore the non-existing scope.

Sorry, but I think it is above my scripting skills. My guess it requires vscript that will delete players' pisotls and give them scout instead but it is impossible without sv_cheats 1 and I have no idea how to avoid it :(
