Public Pool 9X12

Description
About
A 9X12 public pool, based on the Outdoor Pools Set by SvenBerlin.

I used two of these pools and added props/decals/trees around them.

The public pool has a large entertainment value and attracts tourists.

How to use the pool
  • Open Find It and search for "public pool"
  • Plop it next to a road on a flat surface
  • Use Move It to make adjustments

Stats
Cost = $5,000
Maintenance = $80/week
Entertainment = 150
Tourists = 180 (100/60/20)
