this is an edit of Kori's Pl0x Edit skin (https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3002783115)

1. changed colors of hitcircle to be less bright
2. smaller circle size (refer to skin.ini)
3. removed judgments for a "cleaner look"
