Description
Rome needs a bulwark to monitor the movements of Marcus Antonius in Egypt and sends you to establish a settlement west of Memphis. After crossing the desert, your men are exhausted. You decide to settle by an oasis, to regain your strength.

Water can only be obtained through wells. And about leveling the Patricians' House to level 5? Why can't you level them up? I personally tested the map and completed it.

It's currently impossible to reach level 5 for patricians housing. It's a good and hard mission with 1 impossible goal. Have you test it out?

Thanks ADKC, but my issue is that there is nowhere to build the water wheel. Your water source (lake) has no buildable are, only red footprint.

@Wolfie You should be able to use a Water Wheel connected to Aqueduct and leading to reservoirs.
