Vehicle Short ID

Since the Caar update (I think a few weeks/months ago?), some servers that ran on older plugins that depended on Short IDs simply just broke for these few pooled vanilla vehicles.
Hence what this mod does is to override and reassign a Short ID for each group of them.
Note that each time these appear, they will have random colors (As stated in the original dat file; theoretically I think we could recreate the dat files for each pooled vehicle such that each colour variant has their own short ID as well).
